Documenti necessari:
Per il matrimonio religioso la trafila burocratica è un po’ più lunga, ma niente paura. Dovrete procurarvi gli stessi documenti del matrimonio civile e in più sono necessari:
•Il certificato di battesimo: da richiedere nella parrocchia in cui siete stati battezzati
•Il certificato di cresima: da richiedere nella parrocchia in cui si è stati cresimati (se il certificato del battesimo riporta anche la data della cresima non c’è la necessità di procurarsi un altro documento)
•Il certificato di libero: questo documento occorre solo nel caso in cui uno dei due sposi ,dopo i 16 anni, abbia vissuto almeno un anno in una diocesi diversa da quella dell’attuale domicilio
•Attestato di frequenza del corso pre-matrimoniale: l’attestato che garantisce l’avvenuta frequenza al corso da parte degli sposi.
•Ottenuti tutti i documenti, i futuri sposi dovranno recarsi nella parrocchia prescelta per la celebrazione del matrimonio: il parroco stabilirà una serie d’incontri per la preparazione alle nozze e, successivamente darà il suo consenso.
Se volete sposarvi in una Chiesa diversa dalla vostra occorre il nulla osta ecclesiastico da richiedere al Vicariato.
